Almost There - Butterfly
I was inspired to create this pastel painting of a butterfly sitting on a green leaf because of its peaceful imagery. The calming colors and organic shapes help to create an ethereal atmosphere, which helps to convey a sense of tranquility and serenity. I chose to use soft pastel shades for the butterfly to add depth and dimension to the work. By blending lighter values with darker ones, I created a more 3-dimensional effect.
